This is my first teaching position, in a professional compacity.  I have wanted to be a teacher almost my whole life – and I am finally here!  When I entered high school, I fell in love with woodworking.  I currently teach Introduction to Industrial Technology while I continue to build my program.

This year, Mr. Evans (Welding Instructor) and I will be co-teaching a new class, Production Blueprint Reading.  This class will include basic drafting & blueprint reading, OSHA 10 Certification, and NCCER Core Curriculum, with a focus on Construction Math.  This course will be offered in the Fall Semester.  In the Spring Semester, students that are successful in completing Production Blueprint Reading can build and develop skills in Introduction to Welding and/OR Introduction to Industrial Technology.
