Advanced Placement

Advanced Placement is a national program focusing on rigor and college readiness.  Students complete Advanced Placement (AP) courses throughout their freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior years.  At the end of each year long course, students complete a national assessment; those passing with a score of 3 or higher receive college credit in the AP course content area.

This year, Liberal High School is proud to offer ten AP course content areas, open to all students who desire college-type rigor, responsibility, and readiness.  All students completing the AP enrollment form and AP contract will be accepted into these courses.

Please open the attached document at the bottom of this page for the 2015 AP Testing Calendar.
